"Clear enough after a follow-up"
Communication was okay overall. I mean, it was fine, but a few of the replies were kind of vague, so I had to ask again to figure out what the next steps were. To be fair, they did answer me in the end, just not always clearly the first time. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly great either.

I was trying to find the regulation details, but they felt really buried and hard to understand. For something that important, I expected the information to be much clearer and easier to access. an apology for the lack of transparency would feel appropriate.

I tried using rsregulate.com on my phone and felt like the site was working against me the whole time. It kept freezing, the login page was way too tiny, and the buttons either didn’t respond or were impossible to tap properly. After a few tries, I just gave up. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get something simple done and the site makes it this difficult

My payment went through without any issues, and I didn’t see any strange charges afterward, so that was reassuring. I do wish they showed a bit more security information during checkout, just to make the process feel safer. Personally, I’d say it was fine overall—not bad, but not something that really impressed me either

"Honestly, it was frustrating to use"
I tried using RS Regulate and, to be honest, it just felt more confusing than it needed to be. I kept clicking around trying to find basic information, and the layout didn’t really guide me anywhere clearly. After a while, it started to feel annoying because simple things took way longer than they should have. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience with it.

"Kept freezing at the worst possible times"
I wasn’t happy with rsregulate.com, to be honest. The platform froze more than once exactly when the price was moving, which felt really suspicious to me. One of my orders also took way too long to show up, and the charts were lagging enough that I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it. Support only gave me generic replies, which didn’t help. I ended up closing it after a couple of days.

Trying to use the site was frustrating. The menus felt messy, slow, and harder to figure out than they should’ve been. They make it sound like everything is simple and easy, but that’s vague when the actual experience is clunky and confusing.

I reached out to RS Regulate about an issue with my account, it just felt like I kept getting the same copy-paste kind of reply. They kept saying it was being checked... but nothing ever actually changed.
After a few weeks, I just gave up. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and the problem was never sorted. Disappointing support when you actually need someone to fix something...

"A bit disappointed with the account manager"
Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but I have to say the account manager made it harder than it needed to be. They came across as a bit rude at times, which was frustrating. I’m sure they were busy, but a little more patience and basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

so I placed a simple order and it took way too long to go through. I was just sitting there waiting, which got frustrating fast. There isn’t much else to say really, the speed was the biggest letdown for me.

So far, the site seems okay, but I haven’t really used it enough to say for sure whether it’s legit. Some of the info was easy to understand, but a few things felt like they were missing. I’d give it 3 stars for now

I’m still waiting for my money to come through, and it’s taking way too long. I keep checking and checking, but nothing yet. Really frustrating when you just want your withdrawal sorted.

"Total waste of money"
I paid for this thinking it was actually going to be useful, but i feel like I got ripped off. It’s way too expensive for what they give you, and support didn’t do anything to make it better. Feels like they’re happy to take your money and leave you disappointed. I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Educational content felt underwhelming"
I went to rsregulate.com mostly for the educational stuff, i came away disappointed. The whole section felt a bit light, like some of the articles barely scratched the surface and didn’t really give me the kind of practical explanations I was hoping for.
A few pages also came across as dated or unclear, almost like they were added just to have something there. I’m not really concerned about whether it gets updated constantly, but I do think the material needs more depth, clearer examples, and less of that basic filler feel. It might be okay for someone brand new, but I expected a lot more

"Limited markets and mixed answers"
I tried RS Regulate because I was hoping for more market access, but it felt limited. A lot of the assets I usually look for just weren’t available, and compared to other platforms the selection felt really thin.
The most frustrating part was trying to get clear answers about what they actually offer. I got inconsistent responses, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. If you only trade basic stuff it might be fine, but for me it was too restrictive and I don’t see myself using it again.
